All appointments can be made through our online booking system, by phone, or in person at our salon. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee to cover time and resources allocated.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments at our discretion.

It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, medications, or pregnancy status before treatment.

3. Payment and Pricing

All services must be paid for on the day of treatment unless arranged otherwise. We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit cards. Pricing for treatments is subject to change without prior notice; however, we will always honour prices for services already booked.

Promotions and discounts are offered from time to time and are subject to their own terms and availability.

4. Gift Vouchers and Packages

Gift vouchers purchased through LaserHairRemoval.net.au or in-store are valid for 36 months from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

Package deals must be used within the time frame specified at the time of purchase.

5. Liability

While our technicians are trained professionals and every care is taken, LaserHairRemoval.net.au is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or complications arising from treatments. By proceeding with treatments, clients accept full responsibility for following all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions provided.
